Dinglehoser Ars Tribunus Militum Tribus: Via Zsus has a review of that board at a7m26d link. However, the FSB settings should prove useful for unlocked cpus in particular. Who's to say if the extra day's work just a guess taken out to allow FSB adjustments would've made a difference to overall board stability and polish, it'd be nice for them to make a show of it though Both are completely different designs using completely different chipsets.
I think i will wait a tad bit longer.

According to Asus's page right herethe A7MD is Ive never had experience with Asus dual boards before. Is this a personal setiment or do you know of a shortcoming of this board?
It hit Hong Kong and Japanese computer stores this weekend, and should be in the hands of U. They don't test it at anything other than FSB.
