I suggest that you uninstall whatever you installed and follow the instructions on the web page below. Go to this web page. No paperjam and the print cartridege doesnt come to the middle. My C stopped delivering yellow ink, so I assumed the cartridge was used up and replaced it with a new one. It sounds like either your Printer Drivers [loaded into your computer system] have become corrupted, or your Printer Cable is starting to fail.

Go into the printer properties and clear out all the print jobs.

I have been prrinter to print everything else. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you, for everyone that you've helped. The Blot Test will probably show you that one of your colors is not printing. This doesn't even show up as my printer of choice under printers. I know my favorite printer's not dead -- oh,please it can't be.

I have replaced the printer cartridges, but the toolkit and alighment tools will not load to Win XP. The ink cartridges are expensive, unless you watch on Ebay and there y ou can get some pretty good prices.

Anyone have a clue? This is in files from Word Pad or Note Pad regardless of thie original size.

Printer Repair Questions

Suddenly started having a problem doing highlight and print selection from the net-any site it doesn't matter. I wonder if I should completely remove this printer program and drivers then reinstall. The separation pad is opposite the middle roller, you can find it by removing the back panel, note rpinter some of what look like rollers are actually guides, then rollers all have a rubber surface. I have tried 2 other cartridges with same result.

Are you speaking of a test print initialed from the computer, or a test print that is initiated by pressing some buttons on the printer? Its best to use "Distilled Water", because it has less chemicals and minerals in it, than tap water and regular tap water can actually cause additional problems. Personal printer - ink-jet - color.

I am not sure what is wrong. If the test print is coming from the computer, can you print from any other other program? If it was good before, then there's no reason it's not good now, digitally signed or not. So I abandoned the install, and went to the HP site looking for an alternative. If so a replacement belt can be purchased on this website. I rough up the rollers with one of those 3m green kitchen scrubbers.
